Position Overview
We are seeking motivated and reliable Junior and Lead HVAC Install Technicians to join our growing installation team across Ontario This is an excellent opportunity for a newly licensed technician looking to grow their skills under the guidance of experienced HVAC professionals.
As a Lead Install Technician, you will lead the installation of residential and light commercial HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, water heaters, tankless units, and heat pumps.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead / Assist in installing a variety of HVAC systems, including gas furnaces, AC units, tankless water heaters, and heat pumps.
- Follow installation standards and company procedures to ensure quality and safety compliance.
- Load, transport, and stage equipment and materials.
- Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Maintain accurate records of work performed using mobile or written forms.
- Follow all company safety policies, regulations, and training.
- Provide excellent customer service at all times.
Qualifications
- G2 Gas Technician License or 313D Refrigeration License
- 3+ years of experience in HVAC or construction environment for lead technicians.
- 1–2+ years of experience in HVAC or construction environment (co-op or apprenticeship experience accepted) for JR technicians.
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment (lifting, climbing ladders, confined spaces).
- Valid Ontario Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- ODP (Ozone Depletion Prevention) certification is an asset.
