Position Overview:
Ontario Motor Sales is hiring a Lot Attendant to support our New and Pre-Owned Sales Departments on a full-time basis. This position plays a vital role in maintaining lot organization, ensuring vehicles are ready for delivery, and providing exceptional customer service.
What You'll Do:
- Verify receipt of new vehicles delivered to the dealership, inspect for damage, and confirm the presence of accessories listed on the invoice.
- Park vehicles neatly according to make and model, ensuring efficient use of space.
- Clean, refuel, and perform basic checks (batteries, tire pressure, etc.) to prepare vehicles for delivery.
- Securely register and store vehicle keys.
- Pick up and drop off vehicles
- Travel to the license office to pick up and deliver information, assisting the dealership with other deliveries as needed.
- Maintain a customer-friendly attitude when interacting with customers.
- Perform other related tasks as requested by management.
What You Bring:
- Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- Driven to take initiative and work independently
- Ability to comfortably lift up to 20lbs
- Valid Ontario Class ‘G’ Driver's License and a clean Driver Abstract
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Ability to work in outdoor conditions year-round.
