Overview
We are seeking a skilled Night Shift Crane Operator (10:00pm to 7:30am) Sunday to Thursday. to join our team. This role is vital for safely and efficiently managing steel operations during overnight hours.
We offer a state of the art warehouse with all new overhead cranes (wireless remote). The workplace is clean, safe, and well organized.
The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and experience operating various types of cranes and related equipment. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where safety, precision, and teamwork are paramount.
This is secure employment with no layoffs, no reduced hours, 44 hours guaranteed per week and optional overtime is available.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate with team members and other departments to facilitate smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures meticulously to prevent accidents or injuries during operations.
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients to ensure clarity on job requirements and safety standards.
- Storage and distribution of structural steel.
- Operation of dual hoist overhead crane with chain slings (wireless remote).
- Loading outbound trucks.
- Picking, packaging, and staging required orders (crane use).
Position Requirements
- Crane experience is not required but is an asset. We will train.
- Work well with co-workers.
- Some relative steel, construction or industrial type experiences.
Pay: $22.61-$29.00 per hour
