Job Title: Reach Forklift Operator
Location: Oakville, ON.
Shift:
- Days: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm
- Afternoons: Monday to Thursday, 3:30pm - 2:00am
- Overtime available
Pay Rate: $21.00/hour + $0.50/hour shift premium (afternoons only)
We are seeking experienced Raymond Reach Forklift Operators to join a busy warehouse team in Oakville. This is an immediate and long-term opportunity for candidates with recent forklift experience in a distribution or warehouse setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a Raymond Reach (stand-up) forklift to pick and put away products
- Stage, pack, and wrap pallets for outgoing shipments
- Complete order picking and inventory tasks using a scanner or pick sheet
- Assist with loading and unloading trailers
- Perform general warehouse duties, including lifting up to 50lbs
Requirements:
- Valid Raymond Reach Forklift License
- 1-2 years of recent forklift experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and work at a fast pace
- Reliable, punctual, and able to start immediately
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Willingness to complete a Criminal Record Check
