Digital Marketing & Community Manager – Crypto Trading Bot
We’re looking for a creative and experienced Digital Marketing & Community Manager to help grow our crypto trading bot brand across social media platforms including TikTok, X/Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and more.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for creating content ideas, posting daily content, growing engagement, and building an active online community around our brand.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage daily content for:
- X/Twitter
- TikTok
- Facebook
- Instagram
- Other social platforms as needed
- Develop viral and engaging content ideas related to crypto, trading, AI, and automation
- Design or coordinate graphics, videos, memes, clips, and promotional posts
- Schedule and publish content consistently
- Reply to comments, DMs, and engage with followers to build community trust
- Monitor trends in crypto/social media and capitalize on trending topics quickly
- Help grow followers, impressions, engagement, and brand awareness organically
- Collaborate on marketing campaigns, launches, giveaways, and promotions
- Track performance analytics and improve content strategy over time
Requirements
- Experience managing social media accounts, preferably in crypto, fintech, or trading
- Strong understanding of crypto culture, memes, trends, and online communities
- Experience with TikTok growth strategies and Twitter/X engagement
- Ability to create high-quality short-form content and viral-style posts
- Strong communication and copywriting skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
- Experience using Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools, or similar editing software is a plus

Compensation
- Monthly pay or hourly rate depending on experience
- Potential performance bonuses based on growth and results
