Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Commission Based Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and driving sales growth. Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to enhance customer understanding and interest
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Manage merchandising displays to ensure attractive and organized presentation of products
- Operate POS systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a friendly attitude
- Maintain organized records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Assist in inventory management
- Follow phone etiquette when communicating with customers over the phone or via other channels
- Support team efforts in achieving store goals through effective time management and organizational skills
Experience
- Previous experience in HVAC sales
- Bilingual abilities, especially in English and other languages, are a strong advantage
- Familiarity with providing estimates, basic math, and mechanical systems
- Strong communication skills, time management, organizational skills, and acting with integrity are essential for success
- Experience with product demos, technical sales, and working with Strata Boards is an asset
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment while managing individual responsibilities

Pay: $18.25-$55.00 per hour
