We Care Home & Yard Maintenance is a family-owned and operated business and a trusted local provider of high-quality lawn, garden, landscaping, and property maintenance services throughout the Tri-Cities area (Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Pitt Meadows, and surrounding communities).

We are currently seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented, experienced Landscaper/Gardener to join our team full-time. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular residential lawn and garden maintenance, including mowing, edging, weeding, blowing, and general yard clean-up
- Trim hedges, prune shrubs and trees using proper techniques and seasonal timing
- Install mulch, repair lawns, handle spring/fall clean-ups, and assist with seasonal landscape tasks
- Identify and manage common plants, shrubs, and invasive weeds (proper removal and control methods)
- Work independently on properties or collaboratively with the team as needed
- Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles safely and responsibly
- Provide high-quality, detail-oriented results to ensure client satisfaction
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in landscaping, gardening, or horticulture (with proven skills in hedge trimming, plant pruning, and general maintenance)
- Solid knowledge of local plants, shrubs, pruning best practices, and common invasive weeds
- Valid Class 5 BC driver's license (clean abstract preferred) and reliable transportation
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
- Ability and willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions (rain, heat, cold) year-round
- Physically fit for manual labour, lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Positive attitude, reliability, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn new tasks
- Available to work in the Tri-Cities area

- Full-time hours with flexible scheduling (primarily Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.)
