- Handle staffing issues and performance
- Ensuring quality within the restaurant in relations to customer service, organization and stocked product
- Guide and supervise alongside the team, not just oversee
- Handle complaints or issues that arise
- Maintain speed of service expectations
- Enforce food safety and cleanliness rules and follow all policies and procedures for health and safety compliance
- Count cash and manage tills
- Assist in scheduling and staffing
- track inventory
- Must have strong communication and leadership

Valid Food Safety Qualification, 2+ years experience within Tim Hortons
