We are looking for hardworking, reliable, and motivated crew members to join our landscape and garden maintenance teams. This position involves a variety of outdoor landscaping and property maintenance duties, including lawn care, garden upkeep, pruning, and operating landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Grass cutting, edging, and trimming
- Pulling weeds and maintaining garden beds
- Trimming and pruning trees, shrubs, hedges, and bushes
- Operating landscaping equipment and tools safely
- Property cleanups and debris removal
- Planting flowers, shrubs, and seasonal materials
- Maintaining clean, healthy, and attractive properties
- Loading and unloading equipment and materials
- Following company safety procedures and quality standards
- Working efficiently as part of a team in outdoor conditions
Qualifications
- Previous landscaping or garden maintenance experience is an asset but not required
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Physically capable of lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Experience operating lawn and landscaping equipment preferred
- Knowledge of plant and garden care is an asset
- Valid driver’s license is an asset
*Must be located in the Dunnville area, with reliable transportation
This is a full-time seasonal position with the opportunity to do snow removal in the winter months.
Wage to be determined based on experience.
