ECS is looking for a New team member to assist our leadership team in delivering exceptional customer service and oversee daily operations of our Ancaster and Burlington location.
We are looking for a Part-time Coffee Lover to join our team! Successful applicants will be outgoing, customer service focused that critical thinking with a dash of coffee passion! Barista or coffee knowledge is a major asset to those applying! The opportunity to move to full time is in your hands!
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate exceptional behaviors and standards for customer service and store operations.
- Work to build an engaged clientele for your location through collection of phone and email information.
Customer Service
- Lead by example and ensure all staff is always delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Assist customers with choices by sharing product knowledge and demonstrations of products in store
Merchandising and Inventory
- Ensure that all Merchandising and housekeeping standards are adhered to at all times.
- Ensure all marketing materials and signage is in place as per head office directives.
- Participate in inventory management with regards to needs of the business
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of computers and POS systems
- Able to work in either Ancaster or Burlington location as needed.
- Ability to Lift and work on feet for 8-9-hour periods if needed.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
