We're looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor who communicates with confidence, carries themselves professionally, and enjoys building long-term relationships with clients. About the Role
As a Service Advisor, you'll be the primary point of contact for our guests throughout their service experience. You'll work closely with technicians and your team to ensure every customer receives clear communication, expert guidance, and a seamless experience from check-in to vehicle delivery.
Success in this role requires professionalism, sound judgment, strong organizational skills, and a genuine desire to exceed customer expectations while delivering the level of service our luxury brands are known for.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and guide them through the service process with professionalism and confidence.
- Explain maintenance recommendations, repair requirements, timelines, and costs clearly and honestly.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and accurate communication.
- Build lasting customer relationships through trust, integrity, and exceptional service.
- Manage appointments, documentation, and customer follow-up.
- Maintain accurate administrative records and ensure dealership processes are followed.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment while supporting department goals.
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate:
- Has a minimum of three years of experience in an automotive service or parts environment.
- Presents themselves professionally and understands the importance of creating an exceptional first impression.
- Communicates with confidence, empathy, and professionalism.
- Builds trust through honesty, product knowledge, and attention to detail.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment while staying organized and composed.
- Enjoys working collaboratively and contributing to a high-performing team.
- Has strong automotive knowledge with a background in luxury dealerships.
- Holds a valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record.
Experience with CDK, One Eighty, or Xtime is considered an asset.
