What You'll Do
· Manage your own route, delivering products and ensuring customer satisfaction
· Upsell, cross-sell, and introduce new products to maximize customer value
· Build strong relationships, resolve concerns
· Operate and maintain a company vehicle safely and professionally
· Handle payments, paperwork, and keep accounts organized
· Participate in promotions, contests, and training to sharpen your skills
What We're Looking For
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
· At least 1 year of safe driving experience
· Strong customer service and sales skills
· Excellent communication and time management abilities
· Team player who can follow direction and meet performance goals
· Ability to recognize product types, sizes, and colors, and handle basic math accurately
Physical Demands
· Sitting, grasping, and driving for extended periods
· Stooping and climbing stairs
· Lifting up to 75 lbs.
· Walking, writing, hearing, and speaking clearly
Schedule
· M-F / No weekends
Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
