Early Childhood Educator Level 3 (Full-Time Split Shift)
Location: Chestermere, Alberta
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Early Childhood Educator (ECE) Level 3 with a minimum of 2 years of experience working in a licensed and recognized daycare program in Alberta to join our growing team.
This is a full-time split-shift position, offering approximately 30 to 40 hours per week. Various shifts are scheduled within our operating hours of 6:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
The successful candidate will become part of a supportive and experienced team dedicated to providing a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for children from Kindergarten to Grade 6. Responsibilities include implementing daily program plans and activities such as:
- Arts and crafts
- Science experiments
- Indoor and outdoor gross motor activities
- Supporting and engaging children in a positive and inclusive environment
We are looking for someone who is energetic, patient, dependable, and passionate about working with children. The ideal candidate will be a positive role model whom children can look up to and trust, while also being able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Valid Alberta Early Childhood Educator Level 3 Certification
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a licensed daycare or childcare program in Alberta
- Current Standard Child Care First Aid Certification
- Clear Police Information Check with Vulnerable Sector Search
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
