Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a tractor equipped with a snowblower to clear snow from dealership premises, including parking lots, driveways, and walkways at multiple dealerships.
- Apply salt or sand to icy areas to ensure safety.
- Perform regular maintenance checks on snow removal equipment to ensure it's in good working condition.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as minor repairs, painting, and plumbing across several dealerships as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify and address maintenance issues.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down events or displays as needed.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and dealership guidelines while performing duties.
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies and procedures.
- Provide assistance to customers and staff as needed.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience operating tractors and other heavy machinery.
- Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair tasks.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
- Capability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
