Overview
We are seeking a motivated JR Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. Duties
- Manage inbound and outbound sales calls to prospective and existing clients, providing exceptional customer service.
- Support outside sales teams by qualifying leads and assisting in the development of new business opportunities.
- Conduct business development activities to expand our client base through targeted outreach and relationship building.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and account information using Salesforce CRM.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute campaigns that generate leads and promote our products/services.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas for improvement in sales strategies.
- Provide technical support and product knowledge during customer interactions, especially related to technology sales.
- Assist with account management by ensuring timely follow-up, renewals, and upselling opportunities.
Requirements
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport and close deals effectively.
- Strong business development mindset with the ability to identify new market opportunities.
- Experience in account management and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and tools used in sales enablement.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is preferred.
- Strong analysis skills to interpret sales data and market trends for strategic planning.
- Customer service-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish (preferred).

Pay: $33,938.78-$50,000.00 per year
