We are a high-energy, fast-paced automotive facility with a strong team culture, modern tools and equipment, and a recently renovated building. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a motivated, hard-working individual to join our successful team as a Full-Time Automotive Service Advisor.

Key Responsibilities & Expectations:
- Provide exceptional customer service—you genuinely enjoy helping people
- Communicate clearly and professionally by phone and computer (clients should hear your smile)
- Prepare estimates and support sales opportunities
- Coordinate workflow between customers and technicians
- Maintain strong customer relationships with a focus on long-term retention
- Stay eager to learn and grow—training and support will be provided
Qualifications:
- Automotive service advisor experience is an asset but not required
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Self-motivated, fast-paced, and team-oriented
- A positive attitude and passion for what you do

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Elora, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Customer service/retention: 1 year (preferred)
- Automotive advising: 1 year (preferred)
