We are looking for an automotive enthusiast who understands the difference between a +35 and -12 wheel offset and enjoys helping customers choose the right products to build their ideal vehicle.
What You’ll Do
- Assist customers with product and order inquiries by phone and email
- Complete customer inquiries through our ticketing system
- Verify vehicle and product fitment
- Recommend wheels, tires, suspension components, automotive accessories, and off-road upgrades
- Prepare product recommendations and help customers complete their purchases
- Suggest suitable alternatives based on customers’ vehicles, preferences, and budgets
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers regarding product availability and order updates
- Support the Operations team with product information and case resolution
- Develop creative solutions for complex customer inquiries
- Identify concerns and escalate issues appropriately
What You Bring
- Solid knowledge of wheel and tire fitment, suspension components, and automotive accessories
- Familiarity with off-road and overlanding equipment, including lighting, racks, and recovery gear
- Experience in automotive sales, service advising, parts, or aftermarket retail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service and multitasking abilities
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A genuine passion for cars, trucks, powersports, and automotive customization
