We are looking for a motivated and reliable Flower Shop Operations Manager to join our growing team. This is a full-time, permanent position for someone who enjoys working with customers, leading a team, and being part of a creative floral retail environment.
Floral experience is an asset, but training will be provided for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the flower shop.
- Create floral arrangements, bouquets, wreaths, and custom orders.
- Assist customers and provide excellent service.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and reduce waste.
- Train, schedule, and support team members.
- Maintain a clean and attractive store.
- Help increase sales through promotions and seasonal displays.
- Assist with payroll, expenses, and store organization.
- Follow health and safety standards.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of retail or management experience preferred.
- Knowledge of flowers and floral design is an asset.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Organized, responsible, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting items as needed.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and Google Workspace).
- French and English are preferred.
