We're looking for an experienced RIBO-licensed broker to join our close-knit team. Responsibilities
As part of our team, you'll work alongside experienced brokers to deliver exceptional advice and service to our clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Building lasting relationships by providing friendly, knowledgeable service.
- Reviewing clients' insurance needs and recommending coverage that fits their lifestyle and goals.
- Preparing quotes, new business, policy changes, renewals, and endorsements.
- Explaining coverage clearly and helping clients make informed decisions.
- Working closely with insurance company partners to find the best solutions for our clients.
- Collaborating with your teammates to share knowledge, solve problems, and provide a seamless client experience.
- Staying current on industry trends, underwriting guidelines, and insurance products.
- Looking for opportunities to better protect clients through thoughtful coverage reviews and recommendations.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people just as much as they enjoy insurance.
You are:
- RIBO licensed with brokerage experience (personal lines experience required; commercial experience is an asset).
- A strong communicator who enjoys building genuine relationships with clients.
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage a busy workload with confidence.
- A collaborative team player who enjoys sharing knowledge and supporting others.
- Comfortable working independently while contributing to a close-knit office culture.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Bilingual (English/French) is an asset, but not required.
- Experience with Applied Epic is considered an asset.
