1A Driver – Truss & Wall Panel Delivery – Casual (Hourly)
Starting Wage: $25/hour
Warman Truss is currently looking for an experienced 1A driver to deliver truss and wall panels to our customers. We pride ourselves on the service that we provide to our customers so a professional and friendly attitude is a must have.
Job Requirements:
- Possess a valid 1A drivers license with a clean driving record
- 3+ years of driving experience hauling wide loads
- Available to be on call with a desire to work long hours during peak (summer) months
- Confident and experienced in securing and hauling wide loads
- Roller deck experience preferred (but not required)
- Knowledge of building materials and/or previous lumber yard experience is an asset, but on-site training will be provided to the successful candidate
Physical requirements to the above listed positions.
- Ability to lift 50/80 pounds regularly
- Ability to move safely over uneven terrain
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
- Ability/desire to work longer hours during the summer months
