Nutters Everyday Naturals is seeking passionate, driven and dedicated Associate and Receiver to join our team. As a Wellness Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our high-quality wellness products to our customers. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about the wellness industry and enjoy working with people.
Qualifications:
- Passionate about the wellness industry
- Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service
- Driven to achieve store goals and objectives
- Experience in retail sales and/or grocery is considered an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other team members
- Ability to lift and move inventory
- Customer Service, Retail, or Grocery experience an asset
Core Accountabilities to meet Company Objectives:
- Appealing merchandising, inventory rotation and management, cycle counts, signage and pricing accuracy, facing in all areas of the store (supplements, grocery, produce, bulk)
- Support receiving processes, and point of sale customer interactions
- Assist and educate customer on product benefits, supporting customers with their health concerns and goals
- Engaging communication skills
- A strong commitment to the company core values to help drive the profitability and sales targets
- A good understanding of the nutritional and health benefits of a proper diet will be an asset
- Providing exceptional customer service to our customers
- Knowledgeably promoting our high-quality wellness products
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment
- Participating in ongoing training and development opportunities to stay up-to-date on industry trends
- Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve store goals and objectives
Scan Incoming Merchandise: Scan merchandise into the inventory system as items arrive with strict adherence to the receiving standard operating procedures. Communicating shorts, overages, pricing discrepancies and other concerns to the management team. Accuracy is of the highest importance. Ensure quality of goods as they arrive and track all damages and shipping discrepancies.
Administrational duties: Ensure all necessary paperwork with regards to invoicing and receiving is up to date and filed in a timely manner and the management team has the information needed to make decisions.
Cycle Counts/Date Checking: Assist the management team with regular inventory counting as well as year end full scale inventory count
Scan out returns: In a similar fashion to receiving merchandise, ensure all returns and items leaving through receiving are scanned out of the system.
Store maintenance and upkeep: Ensure the receiving area is clean, clear and swept on a daily basis. Assist with similar duties in other areas of the store
