Job Overview
We are looking for reliable and hardworking Machine Operators / Production Helpers to join a growing textile manufacturing team. No previous textile experience is required—we are willing to train the right candidates who have a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor textile production machinery.
- Load raw materials and remove finished products.
- Inspect products for quality and report defects.
- Package, label, and prepare products for shipment.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Assist with general production duties as required.
Requirements
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is an asset.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 kg (55 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Steel-toe safety shoes required.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
