Concept Ford is seeking a Customer Loyalty Manager to help grow our business by working with our existing customer base. This role focuses on customer retention, lease maturities, finance-end contracts, service drive opportunities, trade acquisition, and equity mining.
Unlike traditional sales positions, you won't be waiting for walk-in customers. You'll work from an established portfolio of customers and opportunities generated through our service department, CRM, lease portfolio, and marketing campaigns.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage and grow relationships with existing customers
- Identify upgrade, trade-in, lease renewal, and finance-end opportunities
- Work closely with our service department to generate vehicle sales opportunities
- Conduct proactive customer outreach through phone, email, text, and CRM campaigns
- Maintain customer follow-up and activity records
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and organized
- Comfortable with phone, email, text, and customer outreach
- Automotive sales, business development, or customer service experience is an asset
- CRM experience is an asset
