Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking General Labourer to join our team. This role involves supporting various on-site tasks to ensure smooth operations across different projects. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, safety-conscious, and eager to contribute to a dynamic work environment. No prior experience is necessary, as training will be provided. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities
- Assist with general site cleanup and organization to maintain a safe and efficient work environment
- Support skilled trades by carrying materials, tools, and equipment as needed
- Perform manual labor such as lifting, digging, loading, and unloading materials
- Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment at all times
- Operate basic tools and machinery under supervision
- Help with setting up and dismantling work areas for various projects
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
- Strong work ethic with a focus on safety and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team environment
- Prior experience in construction, lawn care, or manual labor is a plus but not required
