We are seeking a reliable and motivated Landscape/Lawncare Supervisor & Winter Maintenance Supervisor to lead our outdoor maintenance operations year-round. This position involves overseeing and working directly with landscape crews and our lawncare division during the growing season, as well as supervising winter maintenance operations during snow season.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and work alongside landscaping crews
- Oversee and work alongside lawn maintenance crews
- Manage and work with winter maintenance crews
- Coordinate daily schedules, job assignments, and site quality control
- Train and mentor crew members while promoting safe work practices
- Communicate with clients and management regarding job progress and service needs
- Operate and maintain landscaping and snow removal equipment
- Ensure equipment, materials, and vehicles are properly maintained and organized
Qualifications
- Previous experience in landscaping, irrigation, lawn care, or outdoor maintenance
- Supervisory or crew leadership experience
- Knowledge of lawn care practices, landscape maintenance, and snow removal operations
- Ability to operate landscaping and winter maintenance equipment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license required (Class 5 minimum)
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and able to lead by example
