Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced renovator who can take ownership of a job site, work independently, and deliver high-quality results across multiple trades with minimal supervision. You will be a core member of the team and a direct extension of the company owner on every project.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently execute renovation projects from start to finish across a variety of trades
- Perform skilled work in: demolition, wood and steel framing, drywall installation and mudding, waterproofing, flooring, tiling, and carpentry
- Manage job site setup, material handling, sequencing, and cleanup
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail on every project
- Communicate project progress, material needs, and any on-site issues directly to the owner
- Represent the company professionally when interacting with clients on-site
- Travel to various job sites across the GTA as required
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on renovation experience
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and unsupervised on active job sites
- Strong working knowledge of at least 4 or more of the following trades: demolition, wood framing, steel framing, drywall & mudding, waterproofing, flooring, tiling, carpentry
- Ability to read and follow project scopes and instructions
- Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in the quality of their work
- Ability to commute to various job sites across the Greater Toronto Area
- Valid G driver's license required
- Own basic hand tools is an asset
Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
