Overview:
Capstone Property Management is seeking a Residential Coordinator with a minimum of 2-years experience to support leasing success and day-to-day operations of our residential communities. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, an interest in working in a fast-paced environment, and exceptional customer service abilities.
The Residential Coordinator will report to both the Property Manager and the Director of Operations.
Schedule:
The schedule for the Residential Coordinator role is Wednesday-Sunday from 12:00pm-8:00pm.
Responsibilities
- Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants
- Assist prospective tenants through the application and leasing process
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to resident inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests
- Coordinate maintenance requests, working with contractors and vendors to ensure timely and high-quality service
- Ensure units are ready for move-in and coordinate and complete move-in and move-out inspections
- Tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Collaborate with Property Manager to implement strategies for tenant retention and occupancy growth
- Maintain excellent phone and email etiquette when communicating with tenants, vendors, and team members
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Property Management field
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Valid Alberta driver's license
- Access to a reliable vehicle with a minimum $1 million vehicle liability insurance

Salary: $42,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
