New View is looking for a Lead Carpenter (Red Seal) with 3+ years of experience post-certification to take ownership of projects and help drive a higher standard of building.

The Role
You won’t be micromanaged—but you will be expected to lead.
- Run projects from start to finish with confidence
- Maintain tight, organized, professional job sites
- Lead apprentices and set the tone for quality
- Coordinate with our design-build team and clients
- Anticipate issues and solve them before they escalate
Core Competencies
- Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Proficient across framing, finishing, and exterior work (siding, decks, etc.)
- Comfortable executing high-quality interior finishes (flooring, trim, cabinetry installs)
- Solid understanding of building practices and sequencing
- Ability to plan work ahead and keep projects moving without constant direction
- Maintain clean, efficient, and professional job sites
