Duties

- Dispense medications accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
- Provide patient counseling on medication usage, side effects, and interactions.
- Monitor patient outcomes and adjust medication regimens as necessary.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop comprehensive medication management plans.
- Maintain accurate records of medication administration and patient interactions.
- Educate healthcare staff on pharmaceutical care practices and medical terminology.
- Participate in clinical rounds and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions.
Skills
- Strong background in patient care with an emphasis on community care.
- Proficient in medication administration techniques and protocols.
- Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to pharmacy practice.
- Experience working in a General Practice environment.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also demonstrating independent problem-solving skills.
