Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, repairing, and maintaining structures made of wood, concrete, drywall, and other materials. Your expertise will help bring building projects to life, ensuring safety, quality, and precision at every step. Responsibilities
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute construction plans.
- Construct frameworks, walls, partitions, and other structures using hand tools and power tools.
- Perform concrete forming and finishing tasks for foundations, slabs, and other concrete elements.
- Install drywall, siding, and other exterior or interior finishes with precision.
- Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts or cranes safely to transport materials on-site.
- Conduct restoration work including repairing damaged structures or surfaces to meet quality standards.
- Use welding techniques when necessary to join metal components or reinforce structures.
- Measure and cut materials accurately using woodworking tools for custom fittings.
- Follow safety protocols diligently during heavy lifting and construction activities to prevent accidents.
Skills
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings essential for accurate construction.
- Strong knowledge of concrete forming, finishing techniques, and drywall installation processes.
- Experience with siding installation and exterior/interior finishing work.
- Skilled in operating hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and welding equipment safely.
- Construction experience with a focus on carpentry tasks including framing, woodworking, and restoration projects.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail in all tasks.
- Familiarity with schematics for electrical or plumbing systems related to carpentry projects is a plus.

Pay: $22.00-$45.00 per hour
