Responsibilities:
- Assist buyers, sellers, and investors throughout the transaction process
- Conduct property showings, consultations, and market evaluations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Follow up with leads and appointments provided by the team
- Negotiate offers and contracts professionally
- Stay updated on the Mississauga real estate market
- Generate additional business through networking and referrals
Requirements:
- Valid Ontario Real Estate License (or currently in the licensing process)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Reliable transportation
