You will be the friendly voice our customers hear first and the person who keeps our technicians moving and our days running smoothly. If you love helping people, staying organized, and solving problems on the fly, this role was made for you.
What you'll do
- Answer incoming calls and online requests, and make every customer feel taken care of from "hello."
- Schedule and dispatch technicians based on priority, location, and skillset to keep the day on track.
- Keep customers in the loop, including a quick call before the technician arrives.
- Handle questions and the occasional complaint with patience and a cool head.
- Promote our membership plans and follow up with past customers and open estimates to help the business grow.
What we're looking for

- Organized and detail-oriented, able to juggle schedules without dropping a ball.

Previous customer service, dispatch, or scheduling experience is a plus, but the right attitude matters most. We will train you on the rest.
