At Rolls Right Industries Ltd., we provide transportation and warehousing solutions that keep supply chains moving efficiently. We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior LTL Dispatcher to join our dispatch team at our United Office in Coquitlam.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and dispatch LTL shipments based on schedules and delivery priorities
- Communicate with drivers regarding routes, delivery updates, and delays
- Track shipments and update delivery statuses in dispatch systems
- Assist with route planning and same-day delivery coordination
- Work closely with customer service and operations teams to ensure accurate communication
- Help resolve operational issues and delivery concerns in real time
- Maintain organized and accurate dispatch records
- Support overall dispatch operations and team efficiency
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn dispatch software
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Customer service mindset and professional attitude
- Previous logistics or dispatch experience is considered an asset, but not required
