Cassis Bistro – Lakefield
A small, casual fine dining restaurant in Lakefield is seeking a reliable and experienced part-time kitchen assistant to join our team.
Position Details:
- Immediate start
- Wednesday through Saturday
- Approximately 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. (around 4 hours per shift) and a couple of evening shifts 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
- $19 per hour plus tipshare
Duties
- Assisting the chef with basic food preparation
- Dishwashing and maintaining a clean workspace
- Keeping the kitchen organized, sanitary, and efficient
- Taking out garbage and managing recycling
- Supporting the team wherever needed during service
Experience
- Previous kitchen experience is essential
- Strong work ethic and attention to cleanliness
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
