Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warranty Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage warranty claims efficiently, ensuring accurate documentation and timely processing. This role requires strong clerical skills, familiarity with mechanical terminology, and excellent organizational abilities to support our warranty operations and customer service excellence.
Duties
- Process and track warranty claims accurately using company software systems
- Review warranty documentation for completeness and compliance with company policies
- Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal departments regarding warranty issues
- Maintain detailed records of all warranty transactions and correspondence
- File and organize warranty documents both electronically and physically for easy retrieval
- Assist in resolving warranty disputes or discrepancies promptly
- Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and report generation to ensure smooth workflow
- Collaborate with technical teams to verify product information and warranty eligibility
Experience
- Prior clerical experience is preferred, especially in a dealership
- OEM dealership (Stellantis, Dodge) is an asset
- Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members
