Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled PPF Installer to join our automotive service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing paint protection film (PPF) on vehicles, ensuring high-quality finishes and customer satisfaction. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience with automotive repairs and the use of various tools is highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Prepare vehicle surfaces for PPF installation by cleaning and masking as needed
- Measure and cut film accurately to fit specific vehicle models
- Apply paint protection film smoothly to prevent air bubbles and wrinkles
- Use hand tools and power tools to assist with installation processes
- Ensure all installations meet quality standards and customer expectations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
- Assist with vehicle inspections and minor repairs related to PPF application
- Follow safety protocols and manufacturer instructions during all procedures
Experience
- Dealership experience or background in automotive repair is preferred
- Mechanical knowledge with familiarity using hand tools, power tools, and other automotive equipment
- Experience with automotive repair or mechanic work is advantageous
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when handling large or bulky materials
- Prior experience installing protective films or similar applications is a plus
- Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role
Pay: $17.65-$38.10 per hour
