Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Automotive Service BDC .This role is essential in driving customer engagement, generating qualified leads, and supporting the service department. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, team leader, and results-oriented professional and improve department performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls with a heavy focus on making outbound calls.
- Sending and responding to texts and emails.
- Responding to online service inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers to confirm bookings, remind them of upcoming appointments.
- Maintain consistent communication with customers regarding service needs, maintenance recommendations, recalls, and dealership promotions.
- Ensure all customer interactions are accurately documented in the dealership CRM and BDC systems.
- Work closely with Service Advisors and the Service Department to ensure smooth appointment coordination and accurate transfer of customer information.
- Assist with outbound campaigns for declined work, overdue maintenance, seasonal tire programs, recalls, and customer retention initiatives.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and escalated issues in a professional and efficient manner.
- Stay informed on dealership services, promotions, and processes to effectively answer customer questions and maximize appointment opportunities.
Pay: This position offers a base salary and bonus structure.
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in a BDC, automotive call center.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
- Automotive dealership experience preferred.
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends (rotating schedule)

Pay: $36,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
