Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and reliable Baker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing a wide variety of high-quality baked goods. The ideal candidate has excellent attention to detail, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is dedicated to maintaining consistency and food safety standards.
Core Responsibilities
- Production: Scale, mix, shape, and bake artisanal breads according to established recipes.
- Quality Control: Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to ensure consistent appearance, texture, and flavor.
- Kitchen Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation while operating industrial mixers, ovens.
- Inventory: Monitor ingredient stock levels and report shortages to the management team.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of professional baking experience in a high-production bakery or restaurant setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in commercial kitchen equipment operation, dough handling, and precise ingredient scaling.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods (up to 8 hours) and lift heavy loads up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
Pay: $18.25-$20.00 per hour
