Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar and Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations at our vibrant establishment. Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant and bar operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Supervise staff including interviewing, hiring, training, and scheduling team member
- Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cash handling
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas
- Lead team management efforts by motivating staff, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally
- Assist in developing menus with a focus on quality and presentation
- Maintain knowledge of current industry trends in hospitality, food service, and beverage offerings
Skills
- Proven experience in restaurant management or hospitality leadership roles
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food safety practices
- Proficiency with POS systems such as Micros POS; cash handling experience required
- Supervising experience with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of food industry standards including food handling and safety protocols
- Leadership abilities to motivate staff, manage conflicts, and promote teamwork
- Experience in interviewing and hiring restaurant personnel
- Familiarity with kitchen operations, food service procedures, and hospitality best practices
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $18.60-$35.00 per hour
