Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Inspector to join our dynamic quality assurance team. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and vision inspection systems.
- Utilize advanced measurement tools including coordinate measuring machines (CMM) to verify dimensional accuracy and conformance to specifications.
- Perform detailed quality audits in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and other relevant standards to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), and other regulatory requirements throughout the manufacturing process.
- Collect, analyze, and document data related to quality control activities, supporting root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Participate in calibration and maintenance of measurement equipment to guarantee precision and reliability.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to implement quality management systems (QMS) that enhance product consistency and safety.
Experience
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or quality inspection role within a regulated industry such as medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or electronics.
- Familiarity with quality systems including QA/QC processes, quality assurance protocols, and quality management principles.
- Hands-on experience with Calypso software is preferred; strong analysis skills are essential for interpreting inspection data.
- Knowledge of ISO 13485 standards for medical device quality management is highly desirable.
- Ability to operate precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, vision inspection systems, and coordinate measuring machines confidently.
- Strong understanding of FDA regulations, CGMP guidelines, HACCP principles, and ISO 9001 standards to ensure compliance across all activities.
