Software Developer - Senior- MS Dynamics - Job Description:
This role involves working on a critical project focused on Dynamics 365 and Azure solution design. The project includes developing and integrating solutions using Dynamics 365 Customer Experience and Azure SQL, with an emphasis on interoperability with other Microsoft cloud technologies.
Software Developer - Senior- MS Dynamics - Responsibilities:
- Translate technical systems specifications into working, tested applications.
- Develop detailed programming specifications and write/generate code.
- Compile data-driven programs, maintain, and conduct unit tests.
- Resolve and troubleshoot technical problems during software package operations.
- Provide technical assistance in implementation, conversion, and migrations.
Software Developer - Senior- MS Dynamics - Mandatory Skills:
- Experience with Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power platform, and Azure solution design.
- Working knowledge of Dynamics interoperability with other Microsoft cloud technologies.
- Experience in low code and custom development on Dynamics 365.
- Extensive experience in Dynamics 365 Customer Experience (case management, Knowledge Management, Customer Service Workspace configuration).
- Experience with Azure SQL, DevOps, CI/CD Pipelines.
- Strong communication skills for documentation and customer service.
- Experience in programming and analysis; specialized software package support.
Software Developer - Senior- MS Dynamics – Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with relational and hierarchical database technologies.
- Experience in the use of information retrieval packages using query languages.
- Experience with one or more communications protocols.
- Experience eliciting and documenting information from diverse business area stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
