About the Role
As an RMT with Elite Maternity Services, you will provide therapeutic, restorative, and wellness-focused massage treatments tailored to the unique needs of prenatal and postpartum clients. Services may be delivered in clients' homes or at designated service locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional massage therapy services for:
- Prenatal care
- Postpartum recovery
- Relaxation and stress management
- Pain and tension relief
- General wellness and self-care
- Conduct client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation
- Ensure a safe, clean, and professional treatment environment
- Educate clients on self-care techniques, recovery strategies, and wellness practices
- Collaborate with other healthcare and wellness professionals when appropriate
- Uphold all CMTO standards and professional practice requirements
Qualifications
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO)
- Valid professional liability insurance
- Experience or strong interest in prenatal and postpartum massage therapy
- Strong assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, client-centered approach to care
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the Greater Toronto Area
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional training in:
- Prenatal massage
- Postpartum recovery techniques
- Infant massage education
- Women's health and pelvic wellness
- Lymphatic drainage massage
- Experience providing in-home massage services
Pay: $55.00-$65.00 per hour
