Seasonal Farm Worker – Full Time
Join our family-run, 4,000-acre grain farm as a full-time seasonal farm worker, where you can make a direct impact on our operations while working outdoors in a dynamic environment.
Position Details:
- Wage: Negotiable and competitive
- Schedule: Full-time seasonal (hours vary with weather and workload)
- Location: Gull Lake
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and power tools safely and efficiently
- Assist with crop cultivation, including planting, fertilizing, and harvesting
- Haul grain and conduct general farm work, including seeding, spraying, and harvest activities
- Perform mechanical maintenance and repairs on equipment and infrastructure
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the farm work area
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs using hand tools
- Heavy lifting of supplies and harvested crops as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in agriculture or working on a farm preferred, but training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Class 1A driver’s license considered an asset, but not required
- Reliable, hardworking, and safety-minded with a willingness to learn
- Basic math skills for measurements, inventory tracking, and record keeping
