Manufacturing Assistant (Casual)
Location: Calgary, Alberta (SE)
Pay: $15 hour
Hours: Casual, on-call (typically 4–30 hours/week depending on production schedule)

As we continue to grow, we're looking for reliable Manufacturing Assistants to join our casual production team.
About the Role
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a clean manufacturing environment. You'll help package, label, assemble, and prepare products while ensuring every order meets our quality standards.
No two days are exactly the same, and you'll work alongside a supportive team in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with tea bag and pouch production
- Package, label, and case finished products
- Assemble gift boxes and promotional products
- Prepare ingredients and packaging materials for production
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area
- Follow food safety, GMP, and quality procedures
- Help with inventory counts and production preparation
- Perform other manufacturing and warehouse tasks as needed
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Is dependable and arrives on time
- Enjoys physical, hands-on work
- Pays close attention to detail
- Learns quickly and follows instructions well
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Can lift up to 50 lbs
- Is comfortable standing for extended periods
- Has previous manufacturing, warehouse, food production, or packaging experience (an asset, but not required)
