Logistics & Inventory Coordinator
Rebellion Brewing Co. — Regina, SK
Full-time | Typically Monday to Friday | 8:00 am–5:00 pm
Salary: $55,000–$65,000 per year
Rebellion Brewing is looking for a full-time Logistics & Inventory Coordinator to keep the beer moving, the warehouses organized, the orders accurate, and the wheels from falling off the whole operation.
This is one of those jobs most customers never see — but everyone notices when it isn’t done well. Someone has to know where everything is, where it needs to go, what has been sold, what has been moved, what needs to be picked, and what needs to happen next.
That someone could be you.
The Job
This is not just a warehouse job. It is not just a driving job. It is not just an admin job.
It is a little bit of everything: logistics, inventory, order desk, warehouse coordination, delivery support, shipping, problem solving, and keeping a whole bunch of moving parts pointed in the right direction.
You will be responsible for managing finished goods and raw material inventory across multiple warehouses, picking orders, preparing daily shipments, loading and unloading vehicles, transferring product, receiving sales orders, and keeping our inventory and order systems accurate.
What You’ll Do
A typical week may include:
· Managing finished goods and raw material inventory across multiple warehouses
· Picking sales orders and preparing daily shipments
· Loading and unloading delivery vehicles
· Transferring product between warehouses and the brewery
· Receiving orders through Order Desk, email, phone, text, and other channels
· Creating and updating sales orders in our online system
· Coordinating with the sales team and customers to confirm order details
· Filling in on deliveries across Saskatchewan when needed
· Coordinating out-of-province shipments with third-party carriers
· Assembling variety packs
· Coordinating basic fleet and equipment maintenance
· Assisting with setup and teardown for offsite events
· Solving the weird little logistics problems that pop up every day
There are no overnight delivery trips, but there will be days where you need to drive, lift, load, move, organize, communicate, and think on your feet.
Who We’re Looking For
We need someone calm, organized, reliable, and extremely detail-oriented.
You should be the kind of person who:
· Notices details other people miss
· Takes pride in accurate inventory
· Communicates clearly and follows through
· Can make good decisions without constant supervision
· Stays calm when things get busy
· Understands that delivery accuracy matters
· Can balance physical warehouse work with computer and admin work
· Is comfortable working with sales staff, customers, drivers, warehouse partners, and brewery staff
· Can be trusted to keep things moving
Requirements

· A valid driver’s licence
· A clean driving record
· The ability to lift, move, load, and organize beer, packaging, and raw materials
· Comfort using computers, order systems, inventory systems, and email
Experience in logistics, warehousing, inventory, deliveries, shipping, order management, food and beverage, or beverage alcohol is a major asset.
