Seeking a ServiceNow ITOM Consultant to design and implement IT Operations Management solutions that improve infrastructure visibility, service mapping, and operational efficiency.
- Configure and maintain CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
- Ensure CMDB governance and data quality.
- Integrate monitoring and infrastructure tools with ServiceNow.
- Support cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments.
- Troubleshoot and optimize ITOM processes.

- 5+ years of ServiceNow ITOM experience
