Responsibilities

- Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs and preferences
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to enhance customer understanding
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain organized merchandising displays that attract customer attention
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stock areas
- Handle phone inquiries professionally, providing information about products and store policies
- Support inventory management through stock replenishment and product rotation
- Utilize organizational skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening abilities
- Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service preferred
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Ability to operate POS systems efficiently and perform cash handling procedures
- Bilingual abilities (English plus additional languages) are a plus for serving diverse customers
- Knowledge of merchandising, product demos, and technology sales is desirable
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and time management capabilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
- Flexibility to work during store hours, including weekends or evenings if required
