Casual Residential & Commercial Cleaner
Diamond Detail Cleaning & Lifestyle Services is looking for reliable, detail-oriented Casual Cleaners to join our growing team in Nanaimo and surrounding areas.
This is a casual position with flexible hours, making it ideal for someone looking to supplement their income, students, parents, or anyone seeking a flexible schedule. As our company continues to grow, there may be opportunities to move into a part-time or full-time position.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial cleaning services.
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, offices, and common spaces.
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize all assigned areas.
- Clean high-touch surfaces and ensure spaces meet our quality standards.
- Restock supplies when required.
- Follow company cleaning checklists and safety procedures.
- Safely use and maintain cleaning equipment and products.
- Take before and after photos when required.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
Qualifications
- Previous cleaning experience is an asset but not required—we're happy to train the right candidate.
- Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physically capable of standing, bending, lifting, and performing cleaning duties throughout your shift.
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation are preferred.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
