What You'll Be Doing
- Meet and engage with a diverse range of customers during our campaigns and retail events, learning about their interests and creating positive experiences they'll remember
- Showcase exciting products, services, and promotional offers while helping customers discover solutions that align with their needs, lifestyle, and goals
- Help bring promotional campaigns and brand activations to life through authentic, face-to-face customer engagement
- Work alongside teammates to ensure every campaign delivers an exceptional customer experience
- Support event setup, organization, and day-to-day campaign operations throughout Ottawa and the surrounding area
- Assist with managing campaign materials, promotional merchandise, displays, and event supplies
- Share feedback and insights that help strengthen future events, campaigns, and customer experiences
What We're Looking For
- Outgoing, energetic, and comfortable speaking with new people
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Reliable, adaptable, and comfortable in fast-paced environments
- Team-oriented with a willingness to jump in and help where needed
- Customer service, events, hospitality, retail, sports, promotions, or brand ambassador experience is an asset, but not required
- Full-time availability
- Access to a personal vehicle is considered a strong asset and may provide additional flexibility and travel-related incentives
