Accounts Payable/Receivable Administrator

SUMMARY
The successful candidate will assist in the preparation and input of invoices into the accounting system on a timely basis for development operations.
PRIMARY SCOPE OF ROLE
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE & VENDOR MANAGEMENT
Three-way matching of invoices
Complete monthly vendor reconciliations
Contact vendors regarding outstanding balances and issues
FINANCIAL OPERATIONS & ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
A minimum 1–2-year AP experience with a large ERP (preferably JDE)
Practical experience and knowledge of 3-way match
AP experience within construction industry is an asset
A highly motivated, team player with excellent organizational skills
Accurate data entry skills
Ability to develop strong working relationships internally within all areas of the GIP team and externally with vendors
Able to prioritize and handle large volumes meeting all required deadlines
Outcome focused, critical thinker with the ability to analyze and visualize to ensure continuous improvement across our business.
Ability to connect and interact with people to seek different perspectives.
Superb communication and interpersonal skills
Strong ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple competing priorities.
Demonstrate versatility and resourcefulness in overcoming business challenges.
What We Offer:
Expected Base Salary: $42,000.00 – $56,000.00 per year. The actual base salary will depend on several factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, and work location.
Target Hiring Rate: $50,000.00 for suitable skill sets
